# Import new contacts and open - individual import

Select the "channel", and fill in "phone number" and "first name",

After adding, remember to select ‘Show All’. Then you will see the newly added customer in ‘New Contact’. Send a message to your customer using a template and then wait for the customer’s reply to reopen the 24-hour free conversation window.
