# 2FA login on the mobile app

Mobile App Ver. 1.39.0 and above

1\. Open your chatalog app. Please ensure your chatalog mobile app is Version 1.39.0 or above.

2. Enter your username and password, and click the “Login” button.

3. Your registered email will receive an email with a 2FA code. Enter this code and click on the “Verify” button.<br>
