AI Writer is an independent feature from other CRM features of chatalog that boosts the speed of curating all kinds of content. We provide templates for common broadcast or marketing message scenarios. With only providing a few lines of brief description, AI Writer will do the rest and deliver the writing according to the requirements in the next minute.
First, select a template at the left according to your needs. For Product Descriptions, you need to select the output language, either English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese. Since the output text has a limit from ChatGPT, you can generate at most 300 words at the moment. Then, provide the name that your product / service is called, followed by a description of your product for the AI to better understand your product. If you wish the AI to describe your product more precisely, you can provide more information for it to digest. Finally, select an appropriate tone that you wish the content to be.
Click "Create Content" when the template is all set up. A loading wheel will appear on the right while the content is still on the way to be delivered. The result will be shown in around 1 minute. You can click "Copy" button at the bottom right to copy the message. Then you can freely use it in our Broadcast, Messages, Flow, or Post Bot etc.
If the content generated still has flaws that you need to modify, you can click on the paragraph. The whole text will become editable. After modification, you can click "Copy" at the bottom right if you find it good enough. Or if you find the information inaccurate that you want to regenerate it, you can click "Remove" button at the bottom right and edit on the template again instead to generate another content copy that meets your needs.

It is prefilled with part of the content around the template topic. As the example above, you see bracketed words or phrases like [social media] [bullet point 1]. We suggest you only replace those brackets into your own content accordingly. After choosing the tone, you can click "Create Content" for the result in a minute.
