We're excited to announce the following recent updates to our platform, including the V2 conversation status enhancement.

Conversation Status Enhancements (Mobile & Web)

  • New UI/UX for Assigning Conversations: A refreshed interface makes assigning conversations to team members or agents faster and more intuitive.

  • Enhanced Conversation List Views: Easily navigate through different conversation statuses with improved inbox and filter views, providing clearer visibility into your workflow.

  • Bot Toggle: Enable or disable the bot for specific conversations directly from the UI, giving you greater control over automation.

Analytics Enhancements - Team & Agent Performance

Gain deeper insights into performance with new analytics metrics and charts of Message Sent, Times Assigned, and First Response Time. These analytics tools help managers identify bottlenecks, optimize team performance, and ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.

Mobile App Updates

  • Inbox Label Toggle in Settings: Customize your messaging views by toggling inbox labels for a tailored experience.

  • Contact Blocking/Unblocking: Easily block or unblock contacts directly from the Contact Info page, and sync with the web version.

  • New AI Tools: Smarter, more efficient AI-powered features include the AI Writer and Doc Reply to enhance your mobile experience.

  • WhatsApp Catalog Selection: Support for browsing and selecting items from WhatsApp catalogs.

  • Fixed Display Issues: Resolved bugs affecting Avatar Icon and First Name display in the Settings menu for a smoother experience

We're thrilled to introduce the latest updates to our platform, including our new LINE channel:

LINE Integration (BETA)

Connect your LINE Business account to chatalog to manage conversations, automate responses, and track customer interactions directly within the platform. This new channel enhances your ability to engage with contacts on a widely-used messaging platform efficiently.

Block and Unblock Contact

Easily block or unblock contacts on the web to manage your communication preferences. This feature allows you to restrict or restore interactions with specific contacts as needed.

Sound Notification

Receive audible alerts for new messages to stay informed in real time. Customize notification sounds to align with your preferences for a personalized experience.

New Tabs on Contact Info Page

The Contact Info page now features two new tabs—Custom Field for managing custom data and Notes for adding and reviewing contact-specific details, enhancing contact management capabilities.

  • Custom Field: Add and manage personalized data fields for each contact to capture unique information. This feature enables you to tailor contact profiles to your specific business needs.

  • Note: Attach and view notes directly on the contact info page for quick reference and better organization. Keep all relevant details easily accessible in one place.

Text Formatting Enhancements

Rich text formatting is now supported on both web and mobile apps, with options like Bold text, Italic text, Strikethrough text, Monospace text, and Blockquote text.

Analytics Page Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the analytics page with new metrics, including the Number of Resolved Conversations and the Assigned Conversations in Active Sessions, to provide deeper insights into conversations and agent performance. You can now select a specific inbox for tailored analytics.

AI Tools – AI Writer & Doc Reply Enhancement

The AI Writer now features a larger, more comfortable editing area and an improved, user-friendly option to generate content based on message history for better context-aware responses. Meanwhile, Doc Reply has been upgraded with a Regenerate button to effortlessly refresh AI-generated answers and a new Translate function to support multilingual communication.

AI Reply From Document Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the AI Reply from Document feature by introducing an additional optional step, allowing users to edit the prompt for a project. This gives you greater control and flexibility to fine-tune AI-generated responses to better suit your specific needs.

Private Note Flow Block

A new flow block for private notes has been introduced, making internal communication smoother and more organized.

More SSO Login Support

Log in faster and more securely with Single Sign-On (SSO) support, now available for Google and Facebook.

Enhanced Set Label/Custom Field/Variable Flow Block

This update brings new dynamic options: Set Increment or Decrement Custom Field, and Set Variable, offering greater flexibility in flow settings.

New Analytics Page

We’ve enhanced the analytics page with improved data accuracy and expanded metrics to provide deeper insights into conversations and agent performance.

AI Tools – Doc Reply & New Analytics Metrics (Beta)

Users can now select a published document to let AI generate suggested answers for client conversations. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new usage and accuracy metric to measure the effectiveness of this feature. This feature is available for Business plan and higher tiers only.

AI Funnel Flow Block (Beta)

A new AI Funnel block in the Flow Builder allows users to set prompts and let AI classify queries. AI can now generate responses or trigger different flows based on the situation. This feature is available for Business plan and higher tiers only.

Microsoft SSO Login (Beta)

Microsoft users can now log in to Chatalog using Single Sign-On (SSO) via the account owner's invitation email. This beta feature simplifies authentication and provides an additional login option.

Message Block Enhancements

When creating more than three buttons in a message block, users can now customize the button list name and add descriptions for each button, making the interface more structured and informative. This feature is available for WhatsApp users only.

Auto Follow-Ups Enhancement

The "Automation" feature has been renamed and redesigned for better clarity. We’ve also introduced UI/UX improvements to make follow-up management more intuitive.

Display Agent or Bot Name in Outgoing Messages

The display name on reply configuration feature allows you to automatically display your name before each message you send. Once set up, every message will appear with your chosen name at the beginning, making it easier for others to identify who is speaking in conversations.

A new testing page allows users to preview and fine-tune their web chat setup before going live.

Message Page UI/UX Enhancements

We’ve refined the design of frequently used buttons in live chat and enhanced the UI/UX for AI Tools, creating a more seamless and user-friendly experience.

New WhatsApp Flow Page

A new WhatsApp Flow page allows users to view all WhatsApp flows in one place and manage them efficiently. Users can also create broadcast templates on chatalog to engage with customers directly via WhatsApp flows.

Zapier Integration (Beta)

Invited users can now integrate Zapier with chatalog through our new integration page. This beta feature simplifies connecting with external services to enhance workflows. Also, more integrations will be coming soon. Business or Enterprise plan users can contact us for access to the beta version.

Enhanced Label Management Experience

Label management has been redesigned to facilitate label creation and editing, improve the user experience, and manage workflows.

Flow Priority Enhancement

Managing flow priorities is now more convenient, allowing users to adjust flow orders to optimize response handling easily.

Sign Up Verification

New users are now required to verify their accounts during the signup process, enhancing security and ensuring the authenticity of new registrations.

Facebook/Instagram Ads Post ID

Users can now find Facebook and Instagram ads by post ID and manage the post auto-reply, simplifying tracking and managing processes within chatalog.

Improved Mobile App Performance

The mobile app is now more stable with improved performance, offering a smoother, crash-free experience for users on mobile devices.
