AI Tools - AI Writer

What is the AI Writer?

The AI Writer is a user-friendly AI tool designed to assist users in crafting responses to customer messages quickly and efficiently. By leveraging AI, this feature generates suggested replies based on user-provided prompts, streamlining communication while allowing full customization.

How it works?

Step 1: Enter a prompt

Click the "AI Tools" icon at the bottom of the message page and select the AI Writer tab. Type a prompt that describes the purpose of your message.

(e.g., "Send a thank-you note to a client" or "Write a friendly message to a new subscriber welcoming them to our monthly newsletter and offering a discount code for their first purchase.").

You can also select the checkbox for "include message history" if necessary. If you enabled it, the AI will consider the last five messages as context to generate response.

Step 2: Generate a Response

Click the "Generate Text" button. The AI Writer will process your prompt and provide a suggested reply within seconds.

Step 3: Edit and Finalize

Review the AI-generated text, make any desired changes, and use the edited version to send or reply to your customer directly.

AI Tools - Doc Reply

What is the Doc Reply?

The Doc Reply is an advanced AI tool designed to enhance your messaging experience by generating tailored responses based on documents you’ve uploaded. This feature allows you to leverage the content of your published documents to craft quick, accurate, and contextually relevant replies, saving time while maintaining full control over the final message.

How it works?

Step 1: Upload and publish your document

Navigate to the "AI Reply from Document" page, upload and publish your document. This step makes the document available for use in the Doc Reply feature.

Step 2: Access Doc Reply

Go to the Message page when you're ready to use this feature. Click the "AI Tools" icon at the bottom, then select the "Doc Reply" tab from the available options.

Step 3: Generate a response

Choose the published document you’d like to base your reply on from the list of projects. Once selected, click the "Generate Text" button to create a suggested response derived from your document’s content.

Step 4: Edit and send

Review the generated text, make any necessary edits or adjustments to suit your needs, and send the message directly from the Message page.

Please note that the bot will provide answers based on the last five messages in the conversation as context, in addition to the selected document. To get better answers, consider refining your published document to include concise, up-to-date details that align with your typical messaging needs. This ensures the generated responses are as accurate and helpful as possible!
