Export Conversation

You can select users and export their conversations for record use. In Messages, there is a checkbox beside each contact in the conversation list. Select at least one contact and click "Actions".

In the Actions dropdown, select export conversations.

You can select export "This Week", "This Month", "This Quarter", or "Custom Range". You can export conversations for at most 3 months. Click Confirm to download the zip file. Each conversation is a .csv file that records the conversation in the selected period.

If a selected contact has no conversation with your account in the selected period, then there will be no file generated for that particular contact.
