# Notes

Chatalog supports customer service personnel in making notes for every client. The notes made can only be seen by customer service staff themselves.

Click the add button on the contact info page of the client for whom you want to add a note.

The word limit of every note is 1000 words, and a maximum of 5 notes per client.
