Advanced Permission Settings (Beta)

Account owners can now set different permissions for their teams or specific team members. This feature provides greater control and flexibility in managing user access and ensuring data security within the chatalog platform.

Step 1: Go to the Settings > Permission page.

Step 2: Select one page where you will change the permissions. If you don't change that, All permissions will be kept in the default setting.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle to set up the permissions and save changes.

For example, to change the permissions for "View Plans and Billing", you can single-select the admin role or the agent role, or select both of them to view the plans and billing.

Or you can click the "Add more" to select specific teams or team members to give them the permissions.
