Subscription cancellation flow: For customers who decline or wish to unsubscribe from promotions

You need to set up custom field in the ‘Contacts’ page on the right side of Chatalog beforehand. Then, return to the ‘Flow’ page to set up a new process.

After returning to the flow page, you can create a new process by following the method shown in the image below. (Use the following process blocks: Message Block, User Input, Set Label/Custom Field).”
