# Subscription cancellation Flow

You need to set up custom field in the ‘Contacts’ page on the right side of Chatalog beforehand. Then, return to the ‘Flow’ page to set up a new process.

After returning to the flow page, you can create a new process by following the method shown in the image below. (Use the following process blocks: Message Block, User Input, Set Label/Custom Field).”
