# Import new contacts and open - multiple imports

First, go to ‘Contacts,’ select the destination (platform) in the top left corner after adding, and click ‘Import+’

You can download the template and enter the new customer’s information according to the format provided.

After import, the contacts will appear in the contact list. Then, please return to the Broadcast section.

Whether the template has been created and approved, and if there is sufficient balance in the WhatsApp Credit (only the owner can top up WhatsApp credit)."

After clicking ‘Add Broadcast,’ you will be taken to the following screen, where you should enter and fill in the content as instructed.

After clicking ‘Submit,’ you will be redirected to the page below, where you can check the status of the broadcast

Reasons for unsuccessful delivery include: <mark style="background-color:orange;">**Message Undeliverable**</mark>, which means the phone number has previously blocked unknown messages, the phone number is not a WhatsApp number, the recipient has not yet accepted WhatsApp’s new terms of service and privacy policy, or the recipient is using an outdated version of WhatsApp.
