How to use notes

Chatalog supports customer service personnel to make notes for every client. The notes made can only be seen by customer service staff themselves.

Click the add button on the contact info page of the client that you want to add a note.

The word limit of every note is 1000 words, a maximum of 5 notes to every client.

Click the right button in the note to save the content of the note.

Click the left button in the note to delete the content of the note.
