In Label Management page, you can add labels with different colors to segment your contacts. With these labels tagged to the contacts, handling customers is more easy. You could also only broadcast messages to contact with certain labels.
There are two ways to create labels. The first way is follow step 1 to create a label name, select the color of the label, then click Add Label with step 2. You can also directly search for a group of labels with the same color, and follow step 3 to click the Add button at the top right of that color area to create a label for that color. If you need to view what contacts have the same label in common, edit label name, add or delete a label for a contact, you may click the detail button with step 4.
If you want to view what contacts have the same label, click on a row of label to view the contacts on the right with step 1. You can also see an edit button and delete button on the right of the row to edit the label name or delete the label. If you want to delete contacts that have this label, you can follow step 2 to select contacts, then click delete button with step 3. You can also find an Add button with step 3, where you can select from the contact list to add label to those selected contacts.
a You can add or remove a label by flow in conversation. For adding a label, you can use the block "Set label/custom field" to add a label with the keywords that fit the situation. You can also add a message block to auto-reply your client and add a label at the same time. Example as below.
For removing a label, you can use the block "Remove label" to remove the unnecessary label with the keywords. You can also add a message block to auto-reply your client and remove a label at the same time. Example as below.
For the labels added, you can see them in the inbox list once you turn on the label button on the message page.
