Auto message for assigning conversation

On the message page, you can assign a conversation to your team member by clicking the button shown in the picture below.
After assigning the conversation, you can choose to send an auto-message to your client to tell him/her you are switching the person in charge of the case. You can edit the auto-message yourself and translate it to EN/TC/SC if needed.
If you hope to not send any message to your client, you can click the "Assign directly and skip the message"button to skip sending any auto-message.
