# 了解廣播訊息限額及設置WhatsApp商家檔案

現有客戶如需要更新商家檔案，包括名稱、說明、地址、頭像圖片等資訊，又或查閱WhatsApp電話號碼的每日廣播訊息限額，請參考以下步驟：

**步驟 1. 進入 WhatsApp Manager**

前往 <https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers>

在此頁面你可以查閱已綁定你專頁的電話號碼。如果沒有，請參閱[WhatsApp綁定教學](/zh-hk/platform-setup/whatsapp-connection-guide.md)。在Messaging Limit一欄，你可以看見你的每日訊息額額。如已綁定但未驗證你的商家資料，你單日最高可發送訊息到 50 名不重複顧客。

驗證商戶後，你最少可以與 1,000 位不重複顧客發起 1,000 個「商家主動開啟對話」。如要提升訊息限制，可查閱以下網頁了解更多：

**步驟 2. 設置你的 WhatsApp 商家檔案**

在同一頁面上，點擊設定按鈕 ![](/files/0UWYmxAf8FrhdBI3caDV)：

點擊 「Profile」，你便可以更新你的商家檔案，修改名稱、說明、地址、頭像圖片等多項資訊，完成後點擊右上方「Save」保存修改。
