# 匯出 WhatsApp 對話(暫時停用)

下載我們的 Google Chrome 擴充功能，在刪除你的 WhatsApp 帳號並連接到 Chatalog 之前匯出你最近的 WhatsApp 對話。

### 1. 安裝 Chrome 擴充功能

按此下載 [**Back up WhatsApp Chat**](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/back-up-whatsapp-chat/hdplchlpchhjjbaejfpkbhklohcdlcbh) chrome 擴充功能。

### 2. 開啟 WhatsApp Web

在你已安裝的擴充功能中，選擇我們的 "Back up WhatsApp chat"。然後點擊 "Open WhatsApp Web" 按鈕並連接你的 WhatsApp 帳號。

### 3. 選擇備份日期範圍

當你的 WhatsApp Web 已連接你的帳號，再次點擊 **Back up WhatsApp chat extension**。你可以指定匯出日期範圍內的對話。

1. 媒體檔案及群組聊天均**不能**匯出。
2. 你匯出對話的帳號並須與你匯入對話的帳號一致。&#x20;

### 4. 下載 WhatsApp 對話為 .json 檔案

點擊 **"Download WhatsApp Chats"** 按鈕，然後開始下載。

請注意下載過程需時數分鐘到數小時不符，實際耗時視乎訊息數量而定。&#x20;

### 5. 完成下載並預備匯入對話到 chatalog

你的歷史對話經已備份完成。你可以連接到  chatalog 並匯入你的對話了！
