# 快速發送 - 機器人流程，已保存回覆，WhatsApp流程

### 快速發送功能

「快速發送」功能在訊息頁面上能夠簡化溝通流程，讓您可以在活躍的對話視窗中直接發送已儲存的回覆、機器人流程或 WhatsApp 流程。此功能旨在提高與客戶即時互動的效率和參與度。

要使用「快速發送」功能，請在訊息頁面上尋找**快速發送**圖標。此圖標僅在對話處於活躍狀態時可用，確保您只能在對話進行中發送訊息。

### **機器人流程**

此選項允許您觸發預先配置的機器人流程，根據預定義的規則自動回應或引導對話。

您可以從可用選項中選擇機器人流程來發送自動回應。此處只會顯示活躍的流程。要管理流程，點擊「**機器人流程**」按鈕可導向至流程列表頁面。

### **已儲存回覆**

此選項提供預寫回應的訊息，使您能夠快速發送標準化訊息。從列表中選擇已儲存的回覆來發送預先製作的訊息。

您也可以創建新文字/附件訊息或編輯現有訊息。
