# 匯入新聯絡人並打開- 單個匯入

首先，在訊息頁面中點擊“+”。

選擇"渠道", 輸入"電話號碼"及"姓名"

加入後，記得要選取“全部”。之後你會在新聯絡人中看到剛才新增的客戶並向客戶發出範本訊息，等待客戶回覆以重新打開24小時的自由對話時間。
