# 客戶備忘錄

Chatalog支援客服人員為每位客戶做筆記。所做的備註只有客服人員本人才能看見。 按一下要新增註釋的客戶的聯絡資訊頁面上的**新增+按鈕**。

每條備註字數限制為1000字，每位客戶最多5個備註。 點選筆記中的右鍵可儲存筆記內容。 點選筆記中的左側按鈕可刪除筆記內容。
