### 按狀態查看對話

點擊左上角的「全部」以按狀態查看對話：全部、未分配、已分配或已解決。

### 篩選對話

點擊篩選圖標以查看未讀對話、帶有特定標籤的對話，或分配給特定客服/團隊的對話。

### 新增 WhatsApp 聯絡人

點擊「+」圖標並輸入姓名和電話號碼以新增聯絡人並開始對話。
