# 了解广播讯息限额及设置WhatsApp商家档案

现有客户如需要更新商家档案，包括名称、说明、地址、头像图片等资讯，又或查阅WhatsApp电话号码的每日广播讯息限额，请参考以下步骤：

步骤 1. 进入 WhatsApp Manager 前往 <https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers>

在此页面你可以查阅已绑定你专页的电话号码。如果没有，请参阅WhatsApp绑定教学。在Messaging Limit一栏，你可以看见你的每日讯息额额。如已绑定但未验证你的商家资料，你单日最高可发送讯息到 50 名不重复顾客。

验证商户后，你最少可以与 1,000 位不重复顾客发起 1,000 个「商家主动开启对话」。如要提升讯息限制，可查阅以下网页了解更多：

步骤 2. 设置你的 WhatsApp 商家档案&#x20;

在同一页面上，点击设定按钮 ： 点击 「Profile」，你便可以更新你的商家档案，修改名称、说明、地址、头像图片等多项资讯，完成后点击右上方「Save」保存修改。
