# 申请官方商业帐号 (绿标认证)

WhatsApp 现时有两种商业帐号。

使用 WhatsApp Business Platform 或 WhatsApp Business App 的帐号预设为一般 WhatsApp 商业帐号。

另一方面，官方商业帐号有绿标认证。 Meta 对批核官方商业帐号(OBA)的认证基于不同因素，亦与其他平台政策不同。除了要符合 WhatsApp 的商业和业务政策，该业务需要： 

具知名度: 代表知名的商家、常被搜索的品牌或实体 

已认证: 已完成商业认证，以及 双重认证(2FA): 已设置双重认证。 

申请官方商业帐号 按照以下步骤申请官方商业帐号：

* 由 Business Manager 登入你的 WhatsApp Manager。在 Overview 点击你想申请官方商业帐号的电话号码。

* 为此电话号码开启双重认证以进行申请。请注意，在申请官方商业帐号前你需要先完成商业认证和通过显示名称申请。

* 点击提交申请 (Submit Request) 并填写所需资讯。你可以提交最多 5条连结以证明你的业务具知名度。

当 Meta 审核完你的申请，你会收到通知阁下帐号是否已获得官方商业帐号(OBA)的认证。如果你的申请被拒，你可以在30日后再提交新申请。

当你获得WhatsApp官方商业账号认证之后，除非重新申请，否则将无法修改显示名称。
