# 导入新联络人并打开 - 多个导入

首先在联络人Contact，在左上角选取加入后的目的地(平台)并点击 汇入import+

你可以下载范本，根据当中格式输入新客户的资料

下圖只作參考(在Lastname後的區間是你想為該聯絡人設置的Label/自訂資料<每一位的範本是不一樣)

匯入後會出現在聯絡人列表(contact list)，之後請回到**廣播Broadcast**

在群发之前需要留意： 范本是不是已经建立，且完成审核WhatsAPP Credit 是不是有足够余额(只有拥有人owner可以为WhatsAPP top up credit)

按下新增群发 Add Broadcast 之后会进入以下画面，并按以下方式输入及填写内容

按下提交Submit后会返回到以下页面，你可以查看群发状态

不能成功发送的原因包括：<mark style="background-color:orange;">**Message Undeliverable**</mark>, 即是该电话已经于早前封锁了接收陌生信息/ 该电话不是WhatsApp 电话号码/ 收件人尚未接受WhatsApp新的服务条款和隐私权政策/ 收件者使用旧版WhatsApp
