# 导入新联络人并打开 - 单个导入

首先，在信息页面中点击“+”。

选择"渠道", 选入"电话号码"及"姓名"

加入后，选取显示“全部”。之后你会在新增联系人中看到刚才新增的客户。用模板信息向客户发出信息，并等待客户回覆以重新打开24小时的自由对话时间。
