通过开场白（Ice Breaker），你可以为从未在你的收件箱提问的新用户设置最多4条可点击的引导问题。他们可以看到你设置的引导问题，当他们点击时，机器人便会进入你连接该问题的流程。你可以拖曳问题以排序他们的优次。

### 首个私信（First Direct Message）
首个私信（First Direct Message）是当用户首次在你的私信收件箱留言时所触发的流程。\
启用此功能后，当客户首次向您发送消息时，将触发「首個私信」 。它可以在每 7 天内多次触发。例如，如果客户在 7 天后再次发送消息，且该消息未触发其他优先级更高的流程，「首個私信」 将再次触发。
### 限时动态提及（Story Mention）

限时动态提及（Story Mention）是当用户建立一个 story 并提及你的帐号时所触发的流程。他们与普通对话流程一样使用对话流程生成器（Chat Flow Builder）。回复在限时动态提及你的联系人，仅适用Instagram账户设置为公开账户的联系人。
