# 优惠券

优惠券功能可让你直接通过聊天机器人流程创建及派发可兑换的优惠券。你可以在「电子商务」页面管理优惠券，并通过 流程编辑器 中全新的「派发优惠券」流程区块自动派发优惠券给客户。

## 功能概览

通过优惠券功能，你可以：

* 创建及管理优惠券活动
* 设置优惠券有效期限及兑换限制
* 自定义优惠券兑换页面
* 通过聊天流程自动派发优惠券
* 查看优惠券兑换记录

## 进入优惠券功能

前往：**电子商务 → 优惠券**

你可以在此页面：

* 创建新优惠券
* 查看现有优惠券
* 查看兑换记录
* 设置兑换页面

## 创建优惠券

点击「新建优惠券」创建新优惠券。

### 必填栏位

| 代码  | 客户可兑换的优惠码 |
| 名称  | 优惠券名称     |

### 选填栏位

| 栏位        | 说明          |

| 全店可兑换次数上限 | 优惠券总兑换次数上限  |
| 单客可兑换次数上限 | 每位客户可兑换次数上限 |
| 启用        | 启用或停用优惠券    |

### 注意事项

* 超过有效期限后，优惠券将无法兑换。
* 已停用的优惠券无法派发或兑换。
* 系统会自动检查兑换限制。

## 设置兑换页面

每张优惠券都可设置专属的兑换页面。在新建优惠券后，点击「查看」进入编辑。

| 复制代码按钮      | 启用复制优惠码按钮         |
| 页面背景        | 自定义页面背景颜色         |
| 品牌图表        | 上传品牌 Logo         |
| 活动图         | 上传活动图片            |
| 条款及细则       | 设置优惠券使用规则、限制及兑换条款 |

### 兑换页面预览

右侧提供手机版预览，可即时查看客户体验。

完成后点击「保存兑换页」保存设置。

## 在对话流程中派发优惠券

你可以通过全新的「派发优惠券」流程区块，自动向客户派发优惠券。

### 使用方法

1. 打开「对话流程生成器」
2. 添加「派发优惠券」区块
3. 选择优惠券
4. 设置信息内容、按钮标题、图片URL及异常流程
5. 按需要连接其他流程区块
6. 保存并发布流程

### 可设置内容

| 栏位    | 说明         |

| 优惠券选择 | 选择要派发的优惠券  |
| 信息内容  | 显示给客户的信息内容 |
| 按钮标题  | 自定义兑换按钮文字  |
| 图片URL | 上传活动图片     |

## 流程结果

「派发优惠券」区块支持不同的流程结果分支。

### 可用结果

| 优惠券已过期    | 优惠券已超过有效期限   |
| 客户已达兑换上限  | 客户已达个人兑换次数限制 |
| 优惠券已达兑换上限 | 优惠券总兑换次数已达上限 |
| 错误        | 发生未知错误       |

你可将不同结果连接至其他流程区块。

你可以在兑换记录页面查看优惠券使用情况。
