Chatalog支援客服人员为每位客户做笔记。所做的备注只有客服人员本人才能看见。按一下要新增注释的客户的联络资讯页面上的**新增+按钮**。

每条备注字数限制为1000字，每位客户最多5个备注。点选笔记中的右键可储存笔记内容。点选笔记中的左侧按钮可删除笔记内容。
