# WhatsApp Credit Alert

Receive email notifications when your WhatsApp Business credits fall below your selected thresholds.

### Overview

**WhatsApp Credit Alert** helps workspace owners monitor their WhatsApp Business credits by sending email notifications when the available credit falls below one or more predefined thresholds.

This feature helps ensure you are notified before your credit runs low, reducing the risk of message delivery interruptions.

### Access WhatsApp Credit Alert

Only the **Workspace Owner** can configure WhatsApp Credit Alerts.

1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Select **Plans & Billing**.
3. Click the **Settings** icon next to **WhatsApp Business Current Credits**.
4. Configure your alert settings.
5. Click **Save**.

### Configure Credit Alerts

#### Enable Credit Alerts

Turn on **Enable credit alerts** to receive email notifications when your WhatsApp Business credits reach the selected threshold(s).

#### Select Alert Thresholds

Choose one or more thresholds to trigger notifications.

You can:

* Select one or more preset thresholds.
* Enter a custom threshold amount (USD).

An email notification will be sent when your remaining credit falls below any selected threshold.

#### Add Notification Recipients

Enter one or more email addresses to receive notifications.

Click the **+** button after entering each email address to add additional recipients.

Only valid email addresses can be added.
