# AI Funnel Flow Block

AI Funnel is an innovative flow block that enhances your ability to manage and respond to user queries efficiently. With AI Funnel, you can set custom prompts that allow our advanced artificial intelligence to classify incoming queries into specific categories. Based on this classification, the AI can trigger predefined flows to handle the situation appropriately.

### **How Does It Work?**

#### **Step 1: Access the AI Funnel Flow Block**

Navigate to the flow builder page and drag the AI funnel flow block to create your setup.

#### **Step 2: Create and Define Prompts**

Write clear, detailed instructions for how the AI should process incoming messages. Add new prompts by clicking the "+" button as needed.

#### **Step 3: Connect with Flows**

Link each prompt to its corresponding flow blocks.

To improve response accuracy and classification, you can fine-tune the prompts by adjusting keywords, adding more specific examples, and incorporating contextual cues.
